Die Kuvert\u00fcre im Wasserbad schmelzen, mit 3 EL Vla mischen und \u00fcber den Keksen verteilen. Dann die andere H\u00e4lfte der Kekse darauf geben und ebenfalls mit Sherry tr\u00e4nken. Die Sahne steifschlagen und mit dem restlichen Vla vermischen, \u00fcber die Kekse geben.
