„Aufgereihtes“ ist diese Woche bei Think Monday – Think ATC gefragt. Tja, und da Johanna mich sowieso aufgefordert hat, mal was mit meinem neuen Zetti-Stempel (die heißersehnte Wimpelreihe) zu machen, habe ich mich sogleich an den Schreibtisch begeben und dieses ATC fabriziert.

And as Johanna asked me to show some work that I did with my newest Zetti-stamp (the row of pendants that I wanted to buy for years but could never get hold of – I just recently swapped it with a friend against some other rare piece of rubber), I went straight to my desk and made this ATC.

Der Spruch ist ein Lieblingszitat aus „Dirty Dancing“ und ihr dürft euch selbst aussuchen, ob der Satz 007s eigenes Geständnis sein soll oder das seines eben in die Mangel genommenen Gegenspielers. Oder hat der gute James gar eine heimliche Schwäche für Patrick Swayze?

„Masculine“ is this week’s challenge at Theme Thursday. And who could ever be more masculine than the one and only real Bond? The quote is a favorite from „Dirty Dancing“ and translates „I carried a watermelon“. Feel free to choose wether this is 007s own confession or that of his freshly grilled opponent. Or should James even have a secret soft spot for Patrick Swayze?

Das Thema der Woche bei den drei Musen ist „Architektur“ – mag sein, dass meine Karte angesichts der aktuellen Debatten nicht gerade populär ist, aber mir gefällt trotzdem die Idee eines Doms als Wolkenkuckucksheim.

Insekten sind das Thema der Woche bei Crazy Amigo. Frage an die Biologen: gehören Libellen eigentlich dazu? Egal, ich habe trotzdem diese ATC gemacht. Und was ist eigentlich mit Schmetterlingen?

The Simon Says-team has provided us with a recipe this week: 3 types of embellishments, 2 types of patterned paper, 1 motive. I don’t count quotes as motives so this one should suit the recipe. I don’t have any motives by Stampabilities (that were also asked for) – just a little too cute for me…

Die Natur ist diese Woche das Thema bei den drei Musen. Auch wenn diese kleine Szene wohl nicht Mutter Natur’s eigentlichem Plan entsprechen dürfte, finde ich, dass sie zum Thema passt. Es ist mal wieder ein Werk, dass dem letzten ISDI entstammt, Vorgabe war das Toastbrot von Peerke. Die Ameisen und den größen Teil der Speisen durfte ich bei Heidi ausleihen. Falls irgendjemand weiß, von welcher Firma die Ameisen stammen: lasst es mich bitte wissen, die hätte ich nämlich zu gerne auch für meinen eigenen Bestand! Die Karte ist übrigens im Rahmen des ISDI-Berichts auch in der aktuellen Ausgabe von Just Stamps zu sehen *stolz-bin*

Nature is this week’s challenge at the three muses. Well, I don’t think that this little scene fits mother nature’s original plan, but I do think it goes well with the theme. I made the card for the last ISYI-project where I had to work around the slice of toast. I borrowed the ants and most of the food from Heidi. If anybody knows which company does the ant-stamps: please let me know – I so want them! The card can also be found in the current issue of the only German stampers‘ mag Just Stamps *being-proud*

Cats are this week’s challenge at Sunday Postcard Art. The text translates: „all cats are … at night“ – in German „grey“ and „blue“ are „grau“ and „blau“ so they sound pretty much the same and I liked the idea of changing the standard grey to some more interesting shades.

Bei Sunday Postcard Art ist Phrenologie das Thema der Woche. Die Karte stammt mal wieder vom letzten ISDI. Vorgegeben war der Panikknopf von Katja. Ich habe ewig darüber gegrübelt und letztlich die Chance genutzt auch endlich mal etwas mit den Phrenologenköpfen zu machen, die schon ewig bei mir rumlagen und zu denen mir bis dahin auch noch nicht wirklich etwas eingefallen war.

Phrenonolgy is this week’s challenge at Sunday Postcard Art. This card is one from the last ISYI-project, again. I had do work around the panic-button-stamp. It took me ages to have an idea for this and in the end I took the chance and finally made first use of the phrenology-heads which have been lying around here for ages.
